New CS Best, Ridgefield is an approved shipper for the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, UPS, HANJIN EXPRESS Delivery in Iowa City. As such, we pride ourselves on fast, professional packing and shipping services.

New CS Best, Ridgefield is also authorized as a drop-off location by the same carriers, so people with return labels or businesses with their own accounts can drop off their already-packed and labeled shipments at our location to be picked up daily by the carrier.

Need to print a shipping label for a return? Email it to csbestinc@gmail.com and we will print it for you. Computers for customer use are not available at this time.

Need a box or mailer for your drop-off package? Bring in the item(s) and we can package them for you. 

New CS Best, Ridgefield can not scan the Amazon Return barcodes but we can take Amazon returns with a shipping label.

New CS Best, Ridgefield does NOT keep records of drop-offs or prepaid labels, so please make sure you have a copy of the tracking number before you give us your package. New CS Best, Ridgefield is not liable for prepaid packages that do not track or arrive damaged or late. 

Does your package contain anything liquid, fragile, perishable or potentially hazardous, including lithium batteries or perfume? Let us know before dropping off your package.

New CS Best, Ridgefield is prohibited from shipping dangerous goods, hazardous materials and prohibited items by all the carriers (UPS, FedEx, the US Postal service and HANJIN EXPRESS Delivery). There are carrier terms and conditions posted in the store or you may go directly to the carrier if you are unsure if your shipment is prohibited. New CS BEST will not be held liable for shipments that are illegal or prohibited. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of each carrier and to know if the contents of your package is prohibited. 

Common items that New CS Best, Ridgefield is prohibited by all the carriers from shipping includes alcohol, aerosol sprays, ammunition & guns, dry ice, lighters, fireworks and paint.
